Random rambling ahead (just saying):
- Prince William and Kate Middleton got married this morning and are now the Duke and Duchess of something. Not that it matters, because they’re going to be the King and Queen someday.
- I made Clint push me out of bed at the ungodly hour of 5:30 so I could watch said wedding. She looked so beautiful! Did anyone else catch the part where William mouths “You look beautiful” after she reached the altar?
- I was literally squeaking because I had no words while watching it. It was like “The Princess Diaries” and “The Prince & Me” and every other princess movie where they get coronated/married except 10x more AWESOME.
Now…non-wedding related:
- I opened an Ebay store and I’m doing way better than I did with having an Etsy store. Mainly because I don’t have to make stuff myself. Of my original $12 capital (big spender, I know!), I’ve made $15 after calculating out commissions, fees, and shipping. Looks like the tax man may see some of that.
- I’m also keeping records, that’s how I know I’m making money. Yay!
- I’m squirelling Clint away for the weekend, despite that our original plans got canceled to go to Corning because of my Mom twisting her ankle and not being able to dog sit.
- After 5 failed attempts at keeping my multiple planned trips from Clint, I put my foot down and told him, “Don’t ask me anything, but you need to do X-Y-Z to get ready.” My face gets all red when asked incriminating questions. I could never be a spy.
- It is going to be a fun weekend because I have getaway trips for the dogs planned. In addition to ours.
And Clint, because I KNOW you’re reading this, we could be doing one of the following, or none of them:

Paris

Hiking

Washington DC

Bed & Breakfast
Or maybe I’ll succumb to camping…

In less than 10 days my childhood best friend will no longer be Miss, but rather a Mrs! That also means that in less than a week, we will OFFICIALLY be on vacation.
Our first vacation since our honeymoon. Sorry New York, Washington DC, Penn’s Cave, Harrisburg, Corning, Gettysburg, and Philadelphia– You don’t count. Read more…

Today is Clint’s and my 2nd wedding anniversary!
To celebrate the occasion, on Saturday we went to Penn’s Cave. Our trip started off well until we realized the Google Maps iPhone app has once again taken us on some ridiculous route to get there. We were starting to wonder why we weren’t seeing any signs! But we found our way and took the boat tour.
Did I mention I’m scared to death of boats? Now, I’ve been to Penn’s Cave before (many years ago) and I knew that it was a boat tour, but I forgot how deep the water is at the landing until we walked down to it. And saw the life vests in the boats. And the black abyss and giant gold fish (or whatever they are). Clint was just a bit afraid I wasn’t going to get on… but I did.
We got some really good photos and maybe we’ll post them on here once he gets them onto our SmugMug account.
Clint also decorated my office (I should take a photo, it’s quite obvious a guy did it). I got him a Tamrac camera case for his Nikon and he got me some of the books I’m missing and a $40 lawn chair. It’s a very nice chair, but I’m going to use it to lay out on…and I can’t justify the $40 he spent on it, so we’ll return it and get a $10 one from Walmart.
Happy Anniversary Hunny! I love you!

So just the other day I was surprised with the news that my best friend Michelle is engaged!!! This is such great news because it’s about time!
Hahahaha…now before you think I’m strange, let me explain that statement! Practically everything in my life and Michelle’s lives have been synchronized as if we were identical twins…our entire lives.
Before I go pulling out old photos (which I have and am half tempted to scan and upload), let me tell you how Michelle and I were destined to be sisters even though we were born over 1000 miles apart. Read more…
