Recognizing my procrastination.
Procrastination is bad in general, even though it can spawn creativity and actually help you get things done when you’re on a deadline.
For me, though, procrastination can cause me to get way off task and fail to meet objectives. I learned this with school.
I do so much when immediately assigned because I have to get stuff done, when I’m feeling good (aka, I can read and write, cook and clean, etc.) without dealing with a headache or migraine.
Do not put off tomorrow what you can get done today. Because, if anything, you’ll have free time when everyone else is rushing around to get things done.
