2.20 What things feel just one step out of your comfort zone?

Could you have a go at just one of them?

Trying new things. I really don’t like to try new things. Especially trying new foods when it’s not on my terms.

I never know if it’s going to upset my stomach or give me a headache until after I eat it, maybe a few times. (For example, Chinese food eaten on a bad day or in more than one meal gives me a multi-day unwell feeling and migraine.)
